Fusion audits are fully verified premium audits conducted by our most experienced premium auditors. Partnering with the insured, records requested, obtained and examined electronically and attached to the final audit for review.
Our team partners closely with every client, allowing each customer to identify the specific requirements for their phone audits. As a partner, our trained staff can alert the appropriate party if there is a reason to escalate the account to either a verified or physical audit.
Voluntary audits are handled professionally and include all pertinent information required for premium determination. After the insured has completed the required paperwork, our Quality Assurance Staff verifies accuracy ensuring a quality work product for even the smallest accounts.
David Campbell leads Accelevant Premium Audit as the company's President. He brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, including 15+ years in premium audit. Most recently, he was a leader at a large commercial insured focused on training and development, audit systems, and vendor management. He oversees the operations, business development, and market alignment strategy of the company.

Tomas RodriguezDirector of Premium Audit
Tomas Rodriguez is our Director of Premium Audit. He is responsible for leading our Physical Audit staff and his role includes training, mentoring and developing his team of auditors, and providing our customers with the superior service levels that they accustomed to receiving from our company. Tomas has been in the Premium Audit industry for over 20 years, he started as a Field Auditor and has held several Leadership positions throughout his career. Tomas is a member of NSIPA and the Insurance Auditors Association of Atlanta (IAAA)

Shelly Banks is the Review & PEO Audit Manager for Accelevant. With 30 years of industry experience, Shelly has built a reputation with our customers of being a wealth of knowledge and is frequently called upon to assist them with manual rule and classification issues. In addition to managing the Review and PEO teams, she continues to actively review so she stays current on the latest information.
Nicole UebelPhone Audit Manager
Nicole Uebel is the mother of two beautiful daughters. Her older is an Elementary school teacher, and her younger a student at UCCS. She has been married to her husband, Ryan Uebel, since 1995 whom she met at Purdue University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health Science. Nicole started her career in insurance in 1996 in Denver which led into several different positions including Assistant Underwriter, Insurance Agent, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Loss Control Surveyor and Manager/Auditor for Commercial and Personal customers. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends engaging in stimulating conversation, competitive activities/games and relaxing by a pool or beach.
Misty RoushClient Services Manager
Misty Roush is the Client Services Manager for Accelevant and acting as the liaison between Clients and the Accelevant Team. She brings 14 years of Client Services experience to the team, with 8 years of Management experience. Misty and her team believe attentiveness, communication, tenacity and time management are all key factors in providing excellent Customer Service.
